Our Classes

Get ready for a high-energy workout that combines strength, endurance, coordination, and cardiovascular conditioning. Slide Board Circuit incorporates our patented slide boards along with Pilates-based strength training to create a fun, challenging, full-body experience.

The slide boards add an athletic element that increases heart rate, improves balance and agility, and uniquely challenges stabilizing muscles. You’ll move through a variety of stations and exercises designed to keep you engaged, energized, and working hard from start to finish.

Jumpboard is a fun, upbeat, low-impact cardio workout performed on the reformer. Using the jumpboard attachment, you’ll experience the benefits of plyometric-style training without the stress and impact placed on the joints during traditional jumping activities.
