Level 1

Ideal for those new to Pilates who want to learn the fundamentals in a supportive setting. 

Level 2

Perfect for students who are familiar with Pilates equipment and exercises and are ready to deepen their practice. 

Level 3

Designed for experienced Reformer students who are looking for a greater challenge and more advanced sequences.

Our Classes

Focuses on core strength, body control, precision, and the flow of functional movement coordinated with breath. This class targets the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and hips to improve alignment, posture, balance, and overall strength. Our Pilates sequencing uses whole-body, multi-joint movements that move through a full range of motion, helping you build strength while creating long, lean, defined muscles.

Reformer Pilates

Build powerful full-body strength while enhancing balance and coordination through ballet-inspired movement, focused balance work, and Pilates conditioning. Using the resistance of the tower's springs and bar, combined with precise mat exercises, this class delivers an energizing, deeply mindful workout that leaves you feeling strong and refreshed.

Tower/ Barre

Focuses on enhancing body awareness, alignment, and strength through a series of controlled movements. This class incorporates both mat and equipment work, emphasizing core stability, flexibility, and proper posture.

Aligned & Defined

A combination class that is half Reformer and half stretch, giving you the benefits of strength work and focused lengthening in a single session.

A relaxing, restorative class focused on lengthening muscles, releasing tension, and improving flexibility through gentle, supported stretching. 

Simply Stretch

A faster-paced workout that adds more cardio to your contemporary Pilates practice. The Jump Board is a padded footplate that lets you perform jumping sequences while the springs gently guide you back, building strength and endurance with reduced joint impact.
